General recommendations

Guarantee service (replacement of goods) is not done in case of:

expiration of a guarantee time
damage to the item or its loss because of force majeure (force of nature, fire, flood, emergencies, etc.)
damage to the item because of intentional or incorrect actions of the consumer
damage to the item because of changing its construction
signs of outside interference or repairing done by the consumer or by companies or individuals not authorized by the Producer
non-compliance with maintenance rules
damage to the item done by the domestic animals, insects or because of foreign objects, luquids
overloading surface of the item
mechanical damage

Insignificant variations of colour shades and difference in lacquer coating are not considered to be a defect.

Claims for items that were polluted during usage are not accepted.
